Hahaha, well, I declare guilty. Yes I did this too. If you were a teenager in the 90's, you probably got to see a lot of people that brought their sweater tied around their waist, although one could say that this was for practical reasons.

2. The plastic necklaces that looked more like dog collars. A pretty ugly truth.
